Tigers pitcher Virgil Vasquez has been actived from the DL. He’s pitching in Triple-A.
Ben Francisco will be called up to Cleveland.
Chorye Spoone will be shut down for a while with bicep tendinitis. He hasn’t been very effective this year & the tendonitis might be an explanation.
Clayton Kershaw will pitch no more than 25 innings in a month. Excuse me while I roll my eyes & balk at the arbitrary number, quality of the metric & faulty logic behind the idea.
