Mound Talk

Franklin Morales was one of the top prospects in the game according to many sources in the prospecting industry. Mound Talk rated him tops in the Rockies system & 26th overall, a more pessimistic outlook than most in the biz. Five games into the 2008 season everyone is wondering what went wrong?

I’ve broken down Morales’ starts this year & found out what the problems are. I don’t know if he’ll turn himself into a valuable fantasy pitcher this year, or get himself out of the funk and at least be valuable to the Rockies, but I do know that Morales’ problems are related to a dramatic change in his fastball.
