• Jose Arredondo was sent down to Triple-A by the Angels.
• Brad Snyder was sent back down by the Indians.
• Cardinals pitcher Brad Thompson was placed on the DL with an elbow problem.
• Several places are reporting the Yankees will call up catcher Chris Stewart now that Chad Moeller has been sent down.
• Ryan Kalish was assigned to Low-A. This stems from a hand injury last season.
